All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on books once purchased.
That said, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances only:
- The item arrived significantly damaged (broken spine, torn/missing pages, crushed cover)
- You received the wrong book
- The item was lost in transit and never delivered
To be considered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our discretion. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
